DECISION TO REFUSE

Location: Ards, Cartref and Foxley, Old Bray Road, Cabinteely, Dublin 18. Proposed development: demolish Cartref and Ards and associated outhouses for 127 apartments, penthouses and duplex units in four buildings with underground car-parking for 139 cars and 35 surface parking spaces. Block 1: two storeys with 34 residential units. Block 2: three and part four storeys with 27 units. Block 3: five storeys with 42 residential units. Block 4: four storeys with 24 residential units.
